Christy Richardson joined the firm as a shareholder in 2016. Our role in real estate transactions involves title examinations, survey examinations, preparing all documents necessary to complete the transaction, conducting the closing, following up with details such as recording the deed and mortgage after the closing, and handling all post-closing follow-up required by the lender.

We maintain excellent working relationships with lenders, title companies, escrow agents, realtors, and all related service providers in the area. We are known for our meticulous and thorough attention to detail, and for our ability to smoothly handle complex and problematic cases.
